Gym Grams must be submitted one at a time.
Do not combine more than one Gym Gram per transaction.

In the “What’s this for?” section, you must include ALL of the following:

-Session #
-Gymnast’s name
-Team Name
-Your good luck message & who it’s from

Your message will be announced over the loudspeaker during your gymnast’s session!
